I pursued various certifications, including those from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), which equipped me with the knowledge and skills to guide clients effectively.
Founded in 2005, Azhar Fitness center has been providing top-quality fitness services to the community for over 15 years. We are committed to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the fitness industry.
We offer flexible membership options to fit your individual needs, including month-to-month, annual, and family plans. Our membership fees are competitive and affordable, and there are no hidden fees or long-term contracts.
We offer a variety of fitness classes to suit all interests and skill levels, including yoga, Pilates, Zumba, and spinning. Our classes are led by experienced and certified instructors, and are designed to challenge and inspire you.
Yahaan Greek yogurt, chia seeds aur raspberries ka ek simple recipe hai:
Ingredients
• 1 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt
• 1 tablespoon chia seeds
• ½ cup fresh raspberries
• (Optional: Thoda sa shahed ya ek chhutki daalchini extra flavor ke liye)
Instructions
1. Yogurt Base Taiyaar Karein: Ek bowl mein Greek yogurt daalein.
2. Chia Seeds Add Karein: Yogurt ke upar chia seeds sprinkle karein aur acche se mix karein taaki seeds evenly distribute ho jaayein.
3. Raspberries Top Karein: Yogurt aur chia mixture ke upar raspberries daalein.
4. Optional Sweetness: Agar aap chahte hain, toh thoda shahed drizzle karein ya ek chhutki daalchini sprinkle karein extra flavor ke liye.
Serving Tips
• Thoda thick texture chahiye toh yogurt ko 5-10 minutes ke liye rakhein taaki chia seeds halka expand ho sakein.
• Isse turant enjoy karein ek healthy snack ya breakfast ke roop mein!
